Individual therapy

I use a variety of approaches to address my clients unique needs. I use an integrative approach to counseling. My approaches involves, person centered, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in moving toward a tailored treatment plan and approach that includes tools to help sustain the growth experienced in therapy.

Couples Therapy

Sometimes things can feel difficult when in a relationship, preparing for marriage, or once you’re married. There can be a breakdown in communication and finding unbiased feedback from family and friends can be difficult. As a Prepare-Enrich facilitator, I can help couples navigate the complexities of their relationship. I will use a detailed assessment that can help couples understand one another. Through this process, strong marriages and healthy relationships are built.
